My IT Journey began many years ago supporting Dial-Up and Broadband Services for Card Call then AAPT. After my time there I moved on to IT Helpdesk and Desktop Support Roles at Suncorp, PR Finance, Mater Health Services and finally Computer Troubleshooters. During my time in the trenches I have assimilated a vast amount of IT Knowledge.
